What times are you open?

New government restrictions mean that currently our opening hours are:

Monday – Closed
Tuesday – 5pm to 10pm
Wednesday – 5pm to 10pm
Thursday – 5pm to 10pm
Friday – 3pm to 10pm
Saturday – 3pm to 10pm
Sunday – 3pm to 10pm

Do I need to book?

Not necessarily. We would recommend booking across the weekend to avoid any disappointment, but we are able to accept walk-ins most of the time. Either way we will need to record your details for Government track and trace purposes.

What Covid-19 measures are in place?

All guests must be seated and when moving, must be wearing a mask. All our staff will be wearing face coverings. Our service is for now, entirely table service.

We ask that anyone showing any Covid-19 symptoms stay away from the bar. Our staff also regularly have their temperatures checked to ensure they are not showing any symptoms.

Our bar is closed by 10pm. Tables are for 6 or below and are separated by either a distance of 2m or by screens. Our menus are now available by QR code, although we do hold some paper versions for our guests who might find screens difficult; these are dispensed with after use. There are hand sanitiser stations throughout both bars and in our entrance. A member staff greets guests, ensuring its use and sees them to their table, reinforcing all of the above.

All guests details are taken for track and trace and destroyed after 21 days; the NHS QR code for Flow check-in is now active.

We are currently not taking cash payments.

How do I book?

Our front of house of team look after our bookings because they are best placed to know when we are busy. You can email the team on bookings@flowbarfrome.co.uk at any time. This email is manned Tuesday to Sunday 10am til 8pm. If you email our team after 8pm about a table that evening we can not guarantee you will get an answer. We can accept walk-ins if we have space.

When are your happy hours?

Our happy hours are all night Thursday & Sunday and opening until 7pm all other days.

Any two of the same cocktails are £12.
2 bottles of Peroni £7.

Are you child friendly?

Yes, children and babes in arms are welcome until 7pm.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, we are pooch friendly and are happy for them to sit with you in our downstairs bar unil 7pm. Just ask for some water and our team will keep them hydrated as we keep you hydrated.

I have a restrictive diet. I don’t drink alcohol, is there anything for me on your menu?

We are still developing our low and no menu but there is a creative and delicious choice already on for you. Always let our team know about any allergens that you have or ask us to make your favourite cocktail, or create one especially for you!

We have a celebration and wondered if you could add a balloon to your party table?

Yes, we have ‘Congratulations’ from Flow helium balloons ready to surprise. Ask us to be ready with chilled Prosecco or Champagne or bespoke cocktails and we can sort that too.

Do you do food?

We have collaborated with local Frome foodies to deliver food direct to your Flow table. On Tuesday’s the Taco Dirty to me Frome guys deliver the best and freshest tacos. And on Thursdays and Sundays Keren’s Comfort Kitchen brings fabulous sharer-boxes to Flow.

Do you have live music?

Yes, we often have live acts (currently just acoustic), DJ sets and more, planned on the Flow calendar. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

We are situated just a 2-minute walk from the largest Frome car park, postcode BA11 1BB.
